For six months, my glass collection decorated La Casa Del Camino Hotel in Laguna Beach, CA 2020. In that time I explored site specific exersises to engage with the art. This series was shot in editorial style on Kodak 120 Ektachrome E100 Slide Film by LA street photographer Kristi Kase.

We create an art heist shot with big colors and sharp shadows. We revel in the night while everyone in the hotel sleeps and security is distracted by their own devices. Inspired by how the Mona Lisa was stolen by Vincenzo Peruggia’s high-stakes art heist in 1911 off the wall of the Louvre in Paris, right under securities nose. I present “Heist” 2021.
